︎Where we wanted to be. Gracias Madre wanted to position themselves away from the conventionally masculine, traditionally naval perceptions of Rum and become known as a gender-inclusive specialty sipping spirit.

︎ How we’d get there. Research and analysis of consumer behaviors, stakeholder constraints, and market demands showed us the sweet spot where the brand would immediately capture attention and differentiate itself from the rest available on bar shelves.
We developed a fantastical environment for the dark sipping rum, using an illustrative style and enchanted storytelling.
Specialty printing techniques enabled the brand to hold its own and become memorable at international trade fairs and competitions, and custom-designed collateral helped scale marketing & sales communications.
